Unilateral termination by the contract partner:

• 61 days before arrival 30% of the total price
• from 60 days before arrival 70% of the total price
• from 7 days before arrival 90 % of the total price
• from the day of arrival 100% of the total price

Free cancellation reasons at COVID-19

• The hotel is located in a restricted area or is officially closed (lockdown)
• Arrival is not possible because the borders are closed by the authorities

Cancellation reasons with COVID-19 not free of charge

• You do not want to arrive, but arrival is possible
• You are ill (also with COVID-19)
